Day 1

| NJP to Darjeeling

Arrival at NJP/ Siliguri/ Bagdogra and transfer to Darjeeling . Check in to the hotel. Evening for leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 2

| Darjeeling sightseeing (Entry Fees are on Direct Payment Basis)

Early morning leave for Tiger Hill ( depends on the availability of token ) to witness the breath-taking sunrise. While going back to Darjeeling, visit major tourist attractions like Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Then leave for your next round of local sightseeing. Visit one of the most popular attractions of Darjeeling, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tensing and Gumpo Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center. Later, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3

| Darjeeling to mirik lake & pashupati market excursion

After breakfast visit Mirik Lake & Pashupati Market near India & Nepal Border. Guest can enjoy boating in Mirik Lake & shopping in Pashupati Market on direct payment basis. Later back to Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 4

| Darjeeling to NJP

After having your breakfast, leave from Darjeeling to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station /Bagdogra Airport / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand . On reaching, leave for your onward journey.

20% Advance payment along with the confirmation.
40% prior to 30 days of travel date.
Remaining 40% payment 15 days before departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR LAND PACKAGE: -

20% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour.
40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 20 – 30 Days before the tour.
60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 10 – 15 Days before the tour.
No refund if cancelled within 10 days of trip start.
No Refund or Compensation on any changes on an ongoing trip.
Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged.
No refund on unutilized services.

• Prices quoted are subject to availability at time of confirmation, no booking is held till the time of actual confirmation.

• We do not hold any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
• Holiday surcharge will be additional if applicable
• Peak season charges are applicable to all Domestic packages and rates will be dynamic during the same time.
• Any extension of duration of stay, expenses due to delay or change in flight timing or cancellation of flight will be on the guests and Placid Tripncare Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be holding any responsibility for the same.
• Holiday packages provide similar hotel mentioned in the categories depending on availability.
• Payment policies and cancellation policies are not changeable under any circumstances.
• Standard hotel checks in and check out time is as per the hotel policy. Early check in and late check-out are at the discretion of hotels and availability.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check- out subject to the hotel policy.
• Placid Tripncare Travels Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport/voter id/aadhar/any govt. ID proofs) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc., Placid Tripncare Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• Exclusive permits are required for all foreign nationals for travelling to areas which are politically sensible or near border areas of India.
