Day 1

| Arrival at Jaipur

After you reach Jaipur, our executive will guide you to the hotel. Enjoy a folk-dance performance with an authentic Rajasthani dish in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

| Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Jaipur city. Here, you can visit the City Palace, Amber Fort, the Jantar Mantar, and the Hawa Mahal. In the evening, visit shops to buy jewellers, handicrafts, and textiles. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 3

| Jaipur to Jodhpur

After breakfast, head towards Jodhpur - the blue city of Rajasthan. Enroute, stop at Pushkar and Ajmer, which are the two holy towns that feature many temples and sacred lakes. After reaching the destination, check-in at the hotel and unwind. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 4

| Jodhpur Sightseeing

After breakfast, head towards Jodhpur for a full day of sightseeing. Here, you can visit the magnificent Jaswant Thada memorial, Mehrangarh Fort and the Umaid Bhawan Palace. In the evening, explore the city and fall in love with the blue houses. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 5

| Jodhpur to Udaipur

After breakfast, take a ride to Udaipur - the city of Lakes. Enroute, visit Ranakpur, which is a well-known Jain temple complex that comes with maze-like carvings. After reaching Udaipur, check in at the hotel and enjoy the mesmerising view of the sunset over Lake Pichola. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 6

40% prior to 30 days of travel date.
Remaining 30% payment 15 days before departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

20% cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days before the tour.
30% cancellation charges if cancelled between 20 – 30 Days before the tour.
50% cancellation charges if cancelled between 10 – 15 Days before the tour.
No refund if cancelled within 10 days of trip start.
No Refund or Compensation on any changes on an ongoing trip.
Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged.
No refund on unutilized services.

• We do not hold any reservations of air seats, hotel rooms, conference rooms etc. Final availability status will only be known when we request for bookings.
• Holiday surcharge will be additional if applicable
• Peak season charges are applicable to all Domestic packages and rates will be dynamic during the same time.
• Any extension of duration of stay, expenses due to delay or change in flight timing or cancellation of flight will be on the guests and Placid Tripncare Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be holding any responsibility for the same.
• Holiday packages provide similar hotel mentioned in the categories depending on availability.
• Payment policies and cancellation policies are not changeable under any circumstances.
• Standard hotel checks in and check out time is as per the hotel policy. Early check in and late check-out are at the discretion of hotels and availability.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
• Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
• Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check- out subject to the hotel policy.

Ltd reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport/voter id/aadhar/any govt. ID proofs) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc., Placid Tripncare Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• Exclusive permits are required for all foreign nationals for travelling to areas which are politically sensible or near border areas of India.
