SOTI:

Stands for "Sold Out, Ticketed In." An example scenario is purchasing a ticket in LAX for a customer in HKG, with the ticket being issued when the customer checks in at HKG or picks up the ticket there.

SOTO:

Short for "Sold Out, Ticketed Out." Refers to an E-Ticket that you acquire for someone in another country, where both the sale and ticket issuance occur outside that specific country.
