Terms and Conditions *

1. Tripncare will process applications for passengers traveling for tourism/business visits only.
2. Visa Fees, documents checklist, and application processing time are subject to change without any prior notice.
3. Fees are non-refundable once the application is applied/processed to the Consular Office/Immigration/Embassy under any circumstances. Fees may vary depending on the fluctuation of the Rate of Exchange (ROE).
4. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy. Tripncare does not have any influence on the same. We, as Tripncare, are a channel for processing the visa application and hence we are not liable for any kind of compensation, due to delay in Visa processing, approval, rejection, amendments to the visa application, deporting of passengers, or any other issues occurring at/by the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy.
5. An approved visa does not guarantee permission to enter/exit the Destination Country or India, as it is the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer.
6. We request you to thoroughly recheck and confirm the details mentioned on the visa copy with that of the passport and revert in case of a discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.
7. We advise you not to book the tickets before the visa is approved, there could be a correction on the visa copy from Immigration’s end which needs to be corrected and the processing time for the same takes about 8-10 working days excluding Immigration holidays. (The processing time may differ depending on the Immigration functioning standards).Tripncare, cannot be held responsible for any kind of charges/monetary loss occurring for the change of ticket/bookings.
8. Passengers are advised to exit the country within the duration of visa validity.
9. In case of Overstay, Travel Agent is liable to pay a penalty charged by Immigration on a daily basis as per norms set by UAE & GCC governments.
10. Travel Agents are liable to pay a penalty of INR 1,10,000/- per passenger in case of any Absconding as per norms set by UAE & GCC governments.
11. Tripncare cannot be held liable for any claims occurring out of medical insurance. Requests related to the Insurance claim
