Booking policy:

• 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance
• 50% of the bill amount to be paid before 30 days of departure
• 100% of the amount to be paid before 07 working days from departure date

Cancellation policy: (Applicable except any non-refundable component if any)

•  100% refund 30 days prior to departure
•  50% refund 20 days prior to departure
•  75% refund 10 days prior to departure
•  Non- refundable within 10 days of departure
• In case no-show/un utilized services once booked / early checkout – the service will remain non-refundable

Terms & Conditions

• Tripncare provides Visa assistance only, Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.
• Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• While entering passenger names during the booking process, do ensure that they exactly match the names on the travel documents (e.g. passport) that you will be carrying for the trip.
• Tripncare officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source.
• After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. Thereafter, the guest would proceed towards Gate of the main exit through Exit A for domestic passengers or Exit B for international passengers; the Tripncare representative shall meet you at this exit.
• Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
• Standard check-in time is 2 pm. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability. A security deposit needs to be paid at all hotels at the time of check-in. The deposit varies from 700 THB to 2500 THB depending on the category of the hotel.
• It is recommended to carry a minimum of 5000 THB in local currency.
• Most Islands in Thailand have a national park fee which is 400 THB per adult & 200 THB per child. This fee needs to be paid in cash on ground only.
• There is an additional entrance fee of 50 THB on Phi Phi/James bond and other Islands which also needs to be paid on ground.
• Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
• Please note that VISA cost is not included in the package as VISA is on arrival at THB 2200 per person. For Indian citizenship visa fee will be changeable for the citizen basis.

• Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Tripncare shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
• If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Tripncare reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
• The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Tripncare will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
• Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
• The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
• Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. • For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
